Position: AGM-IT:
- To
analyze, enhance and support the Infrastructure Services & Information
Security Processes and ensure compliance against the same.
- Analysis
of the existing IT Infrastructure processes --- internal as well as Customer
specific and ensures proper implementation.
- Manage
processes, documentation, checklists, log-sheets, etc. in the areas of
Information
- Conduct
user meetings, workshops and training sessions, etc targeting USER Satisfaction
- Security,
Incident Management, Problem management, Change Management, Release Management,
Configuration management, Service level management, Availability management,
Capacity management and Business Continuity management.
Desired
Profile:
- B.E.
in Electrical, Electronics, Communication or Computer Sciences
- Knowledge & experience includes SAP R/3 basis
administration including system
- Preferably from manufacturing Industry.
- The
desired profile is in depth IT process management experience preferably from
organizations having Global Best Practices implemented.
